    Care pathways for cancer patients

Different forms of cancer are treated differently. Each cancer form follows its own care pathway. The path shows how your cancer is treated and what rehabilitation its recommended

Care pathways refers to the entire treatment process which consists of smaller treatment episodes. The path shows the best treatment for a given form of cancer. Care pathways are continuously updated as new scientific data emerges. The paths follow the most recent available best practice based on research.

The web page of the Tyks Hospital has more information on the common forms of cancer, how they are diagnosed and treated.
